Upon placing an order with INTERIORTONIC, you will immediately receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed, a second email will follow, confirming dispatch along with tracking details to monitor your delivery.

In-Stock Products: Products ready in our national distribution warehouses are expected to be delivered within 2-7 business days, as noted on the product page.

Pre-Order Products: For items being delivered to our distribution centers or currently in production, an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided on the product page. If no timeframe is listed, please contact us directly for more information about your order.
Shipping Delays
Due to ongoing global and local challenges affecting shipping times, we cannot offer refunds for delivery delays. We are committed to delivering your order as swiftly as possible and appreciate your understanding that some delays are beyond our control.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping, but please note that delivery times, shipping rates, and applicable taxes will depend on your location. INTERIORTONIC is not responsible for any additional customs charges or delays experienced at international borders.
