    General Returns

    You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused and within their original packaging. If you have used the product but find it unsuitable, please contact us to discuss potential return options.

    Shipping Delays

    We strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible. Although all our shipping is free, we understand that delays can occur. If your delivery is significantly delayed—by more than 10 days beyond the expected date—please contact us. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues in a fair and satisfactory manner.

    Defective or Damaged Items

    If your product arrives defective or sustains damage during shipping, please reject the delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged, or contact us immediately if damage is discovered post-acceptance. For us to assess the situation and decide on a replacement or refund, please send us photos of the product. Please note, the final approval or refusal of replacement or refund requests for defective or damaged items is solely at our discretion.

    Return Costs and Procedures

    If a return is due to product quality issues, we cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to personal preference:

    • Small items: $55 per package
    • Medium or fragile items: $135
    • Bulky items requiring special transport: $275

    Customer Responsibility

    Items returned must be in pristine, resalable condition with all original packaging. If the original packaging is lost or disposed of, the return will not be permitted.

    Refund Process

    Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless store credit is requested. We will communicate clearly throughout the process to keep you informed. The final decision regarding refunds is solely at our discretion.

    International Orders

    We understand international shopping presents unique challenges. While we cannot accept returns or cancellations from orders outside the USA, we do offer support to resolve any issues that arise. Please contact us for assistance with your international order.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Custom-made, used, installed, or assembled products are not eligible for return once production or assembly has commenced. Please review all specifications before finalizing these purchases.
